1. Introduction of SF Express

SF was established in 1993 in Shunde, Guangdong Province. Since its establishment, SF always focuses on improving its service quality, strengthening its infrastructure, vigorously developing and introducing high-tech information technologies and equipment to improve its automatic operation. Currently, SF has set up a huge network of business organizations and services both at home and abroad, involving information collection, market development, logistics distribution and express services.

While continuously enhancing its express delivery services, SF is always demand oriented to actively explore in diversified businesses. It has developed a one-stop supply chain solution for a variety of customers from sectors like e-commerce, food, health care, auto parts and electronic products. It also provides comprehensive financial services including payment, financing, assets management and insurance.

By the end of 2015, SF had developed an operating vehicle fleet at a size of about 15,000 vehicles and set up nearly 13,000 service points in Mainland of China. Adding more to that, with an all-cargo fleet of 38 self-owned aircrafts, SF has established a nation-wide flight network based in Shenzhen and Hangzhou. Meanwhile, SF has been actively expanding its international express delivery services to the U.S., Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, and Mongolia.

For years SF sticks to innovation and dedicates itself to providing customers with high-quality service experiences and helping customers to achieve success.

2. About the Program

1) A 2-year development program that provides a comprehensive view of our business operations.

2) An opportunity to gain hands-on and practical industrial experience in various fields of expertise such as Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Finance and Corporate Planning.

3) Job rotation between different teams within an assigned function, including on-job learning in frontline operations at service stations and distributions hubs.

4) An opportunity to learn about our culture and management philosophy.

5) An opportunity to develop and strengthen your ability in analyzing, prioritizing and acting on goals from a strategic leadership perspective.

3. Upon Completion of the Program

1) You will be placed in a position under one of our business functions in your home country.

2) You may have the opportunities to take up overseas projects or assignments.

4. Requirements

1) University graduates in all disciplines; degree in logistics, supply chain management, marketing or industrial engineering preferred but not essential.

2) Master’s/Bachelor’s degree holders from universities in China or two years of full-time work experience preferred.

3) Foreign candidates may expect subsequent placement in your home country after completion of the program in Shenzhen, China.

4) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5) Good presentation and analytical skills.

6) Eagerness to learn and ability in quick learning.

7) Proactiveness and value adding in approach to work.

8) Demonstration of leadership and management potential.

9) Highly committed, hardworking and self-disciplined candidates welcomed.

10) Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese; HSK 5 or above highly preferred.

11) Work location in Shenzhen.

12) Nationality: UK / US / Singapore / Vietnam / Australia / Germany / Holland / Belgium.
